Preface: 《Inspection Risk affirms - Claims Processing Rules》is draft by Guangzhou Excellent QC Service Company based on market needs and the spirit of customer equality , friendship and mutual benefit in order to create a good cooperation environment , timely and fairly to deal with customer complaints. Please read over this document and sign it before our cooperation.

 

1、Services Risk :
Guangzhou Excellent Company has always actively improve staff quality , continuously to improve the inspector’s quality awareness, risk awareness in order to provide our customers a professional , reliable inspection services .
Although Excellent have a positive and responsible attitude in our loading monitor, product inspection and factory audit service but we can not eliminate the risks exist completely. We can greatly reduce the risks, but can not completely eliminate the risk.
That is, although we carry out product inspection, on-site loading supervision, factory audit , but the following issues are still hard to avoid :
a、Problems caused by manufacturer ;
b、Issues caused in the transport process ;
c、Problems caused by guests packaging design ;
d、Unconsciousness , or other human factors arising issues .

 

2、Excellent company services stated :
a、 Loading monitor service
when we are carrying out the loading monitor ,we can not monitor the goods in 100% time and 100% number: We can not completely guarantee that there is no mixed loading、 short loading and wrong loading caused by man-made ( warehouses , harbors, factories ) or other unconscious arising.
b、Product inspection services :
We just carry out a sampling inspection according to the international standard, so we can not guarantee 100% of the goods to meet quality standards. Our function is only to minimize the possible problems of the goods to ensure a qualified range level. Our Company is a quality assurance company, our mission is to record and report what we find in the inspection , and help customer make a decision whether to deliver the goods or not.
c, Factory audit:
We can not check the company’s processes, products , documents and forms in 100%,we can not exclude the exist of possibility fraud in factories ;

 

3、Excellent service commitment :
Excellent company committed to provide the following functions :
1, Quality assurance functions:
Pick out the defective products through inspection and testing methods, prevent the unqualified semi-finished or finished products from flowing into the next process or guests.
2, Preventive functions:
Use the advanced testing methods and tools , find the hidden adverse factors in the process to make sure the produced products meet quality standards.
3, Reporting functions:
Our inspectors record the data and take photos when performing inspection work, and then analysis and evaluate the situation, or made into a variety of charts report to the manufacturer and reflect to our customer in the first time .
For the buyer can receive the report timely and have enough time to decide weather to shipment, we recommend that the factory should finish the order production at least two days before shipment inspection.

 

4、The principle of compensation :
We will take a serious and responsible attitude to provide our production inspection, loading monitor and factory audit service. When there is a customer complaint and customer ask for compensation, we will deal with the complain according to below compensation principle:
a, For loading monitor service:
If customer complain that there was mixed loading、short loading or wrong loading appearing on the client side after Excellent’s loading monitor service . Excellent company will pay back the service fee. ( customer must provide the signature complaint documents from the port or client and provide Excellent’s inspection report as evidences );
b, For production inspection services
We will pay back the inspection fee if our inspector did not found the defects in inspection working and the defects is recorded clearly in customer’s specification ,and the defect finally cause the client return.
c, We will pay back the inspection fee if our inspector do not found the defect in the inspection and the defects is recorded clearly in customer’s specification and the defect finally cause customer is requested to pay compensation due to violate relevant national, regional and laws as well as customs notification of serious adverse.
d, If our employees were confirmed bribery , theft in the process of production inspection, loading monitor and factory audit , customer can processing our staff in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and Excellent will refund full service charge ( must provide relevant evidence );
e, For above claim requests, customer must provide relate evidence and then we can accept the case.

 

5: The use range our report :
All the inspection reports do not allow for copying, reprint or partial copying without Excellent’s approval and all of the reports can not be used for legal evidence file.
